Xiaomi announces Redmi Note 12 series launching in India soon?

Xiaomi has just announced that the Redmi Note Series has sold over 300 million units, making it one the most well-known brands in the smartphone industry. 72 million of these devices were sold in India.

Redmi Note 12 is made up of three models, the Redmi Note 12 5G and Redmi Note 12Pro, respectively.

Redmi Note 12 will be undoubtedly the most affordable. It features a 6.67 inch FHD+ OLED display and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 chipet. The main camera has a 48MP lens and is supported by a 2MP sensor. You get an 8MP camera for taking selfies. The battery has a capacity 5,000mAh and is compatible with 33W fast charging.

Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G, and Note 12 Pro+ 5G, have similar specifications. The only difference is in the cameras and charging speed. They both have a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED monitor with a 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision support, and a 6.67″ FHD+ OLED display. They are powered with the Dimensity 1080 chipset. Redmi Note 12 Pro can charge at 67W, while the Pro+ supports 120W charging. Redmi Note 12 Pro features a 50MP +8MP + 2MP rear camera, while Redmi Note 12 Pro+ boasts a 200MP+8MP + 2MP setup.

It remains to see if Indian versions will be equipped with the same specs and features as the Chinese variants.
